Blue Ridge Dementia Care Conference

The Second Annual Blue Ridge Dementia Care Conference cordially invites you to join us as an exhibitor at the 2023 Blue Ridge Dementia Caregivers Conference “Navigating the Challenging Peaks and Valleys of Dementia Care”, on Monday, October 9, 2023, at the Our Lady of Victory Hall which is adjacent to St. Francis deSales Catholic Church, 37730 St. Francis Ct., Purcellville, VA 20132.  The conference times will be 9:00am–4:00pm, with exhibitor set up no earlier than 7:30am.  

With plenty of space available, we would like to have a variety of services and programs represented.  The cost for exhibitors is $125 for one 5’x 2’ rectangular table with 2 chairs (supplied) located inside the conference area allowing you to fully participate.  The cost includes conference registration and lunch for two representatives from your organization.  We encourage exhibitors to offer an interactive exhibit, however, we caution you to limit the height of your table and free-standing displays to no more than 5 feet.  Your table will be on either side of the stage in the main conference area allowing you full access to the entire program and to the participants.  Exhibitors are also encouraged to provide door prizes such as gift certificates for their services or gift cards to local restaurants and retail stores.  This will be a great way to showcase your organization.
